I made a cat. Here ya go.
I tried to draw a cute cat for a cute kid that asked for it. I didn’t have much time so I’ll give it a C- out of pity.
That me yelling at myself on a blog that only I know about;) So, I finally got the How to draw with Mark Kistler iPhone app launched! More to come….
We’ll see! I got a contract to do a couple of iPhone apps for kids so now I just have to to….you know……learn how! I went out and bought a shinny new 27 inch iMac and an ipod touch with their money so in a month from now someone will very unhappy if I’m not up to it.

Well, I’m no Captain Kirk but who is right? Not to mention Kirk can’t recreate a class Pong game like I can! No sir. It lacks a volley score or a hit counter but hey its pong what do you want?

I been neglecting the rabbit for a bit but it was for a good cause. I re-did my portfolio website, DereksPortfolio.com. It’s way awesome-ish now! I still have a bunch of work to add but hey that’s why I don’t sleep right?
A friend looked at the new site and said I need to add more paintings/drawings to the art pages. I agree, but its hard to find the time/motivation given that I am not an artist, I’m a Flash Developer. Therefore, I don’t really “need” more mediocre paintings to get work. I would like to do it though so we’ll have to see.
